What personal data we collect
If you order goods or services from us, we mainly collect data that is marked as mandatory in the ordering process. Mandatory data are only those without which we cannot complete your order, i.e. your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address and the subject of the order itself.
After the delivery of the goods, you may be sent an e-mail with a request to evaluate the purchased goods and our services.
If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we will also process your personal data mentioned in this communication.
In order to improve our services, personalization and marketing, we use cookies and similar tools.
Cookies
Cookies are text files that are stored on your device. They can store any information, e.g. to remember that you are logged in on the site or the contents of the shopping cart.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Fulfillment of the contract: in the case of ordering goods or providing other services. These are mostly billing and delivery addresses or contact information.
Fulfilling our legal obligations: when keeping data about you and your order in our accounting or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activity or that resolve disputes or enforce decisions.
Legitimate interest: in improving and personalizing our services and certain marketing activities. On the basis of a legitimate interest, we mainly process personal data that we process automatically and cookies in this way. You can object to this data processing at the contact details listed in section {0}.
Consent: when sending commercial announcements or other forms of marketing. Each given consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time, but this does not affect the legality of the processing before its withdrawal. You can manage consent within your account or you can contact us about opting out of receiving commercial notifications.
Disclosure of data to third parties
When delivering the goods: the transport company with which we cooperate. This is the delivery address and contact information, in the case of cash on delivery, the amount to be paid. The carrier is authorized to process the personal data that we transfer to him only for the purpose of delivering the goods.
For external data processing: partners with whom we cooperate. They process data for us, based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. Our suppliers observe all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to provide personal data with the required protection.
For analytics and marketing services: to partners who provide analytics and advertising services to us. They may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your preferences and use of our site. More information about these tools can be found in the Cookies section
For legal reasons: a state authority or other authorized body, if it imposes an obligation on us to transfer your personal data to it. In the case of enforcement of our rights or our defense, your personal data may be transferred to another entity (e.g. a lawyer).
How long we process your personal data
We process personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services or the fulfillment of our obligations for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them.
In the case of processing personal data based on our legitimate interest, we store the data until the reason for their processing no longer exists. Usually for a maximum of 5 years.
In the case of processing personal data on the basis of consent, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 5 years, or until the consent is revoked.
Security of personal data
The protection of your personal data is very important to us and we work hard to keep your personal data safe. We try to use security, technical and organizational measures that, taking into account the current state of technology, provide sufficient security, and we regularly update the measures taken. All communication between your device and our site is encrypted. We protect the database containing personal data against its damage, destruction, loss and misuse. We store your user account password in a hashed form so that it cannot be deciphered even if this data is obtained by an unauthorized person.
What are your rights
The fact that we process your personal data gives you several rights. If you exercise any of the above rights, we will inform you about the processing of the request within 30 days from the date of its delivery to us.

Right of access to data
You can ask us to send you an overview of the personal data we process about you. We will provide you with information about what data we process about you, for what purpose, to whom this data was provided and how long we will keep it.
The right to data portability
You can ask us to send you the personal data we process about you in a human-readable format.
Right to rectification
If you believe that the personal data we process about you is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it. However, we recommend that you simply correct the data within your account.
Right to erasure (forgetfulness)
You can ask us to delete data about you. Deletion will not affect data that we are required to retain by law. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right to erasure and that they should delete all of your personal data if this is technically possible, taking into account available technology and costs.
Right to restriction of processing
You can ask us for a temporary restriction of processing in the following cases:
- if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data
- if your personal data is processed illegally
- if we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need them for your own purposes of proving, exercising or defending your legal claims
- if you object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest
The right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (see information in the section Legal basis for the processing of personal data), for reasons related to your particular situation.
Filing a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by our company is illegal, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
