Kershaw dokonca vylepšil tento nôž zo série Starter o oceľ s čepeľou 8Cr13MoV pre dlhšiu životnosť ostria. Olivová vrstva rukoväte dodáva nožu extra hrúbku, pričom vo vrecku zostáva relatívne štíhly. Poistka frame lock, doraz proti prekročeniu a posunutie čepele dodávajú tomuto Kershawu ešte väčšiu silu a spoľahlivosť.
