Extrema Ratio Corvo Last Call
Code: 04.1000.0442/BLK/SEProduct detailed description
It is assumed that the Corvo emerged alongside the Spanish Conquistadores, valued for its practicality in rural areas against the Mori.
Originally used by campesinos during the 1810 Independence War, Corvo evolved from an agricultural tool to a combat knife in subsequent conflicts, such as the war against the Peru Confederation/Bolivia and the War of the Pacific.
During the last one we just mentioned, it became a signature weapon, giving rise to iconic variants, including the “Corvo Curvo,” shaped with a blade that bends to almost 90°, and the “Corvo Atacameño” longer but with a gentle curvature of the blade which favors more flexibility of use.
In 1963 Corvo was officially adopted by the Infantry of the Chilean Army, and in 1974 a military version was developed.
Today the Corvo, for which there is a dedicated fighting technique, is still used by some Special Forces of the Chilean Army.
To honor the version made by Extrema Ratio, a limited series of only 70 pieces has been produced: Corvo Last Call.
For the first time ever, you can customize your collectible knife by changing the handle and color!
Each knife comes with an additional DESERT-colored handle, along with an Allen key and screws.
You can easily make your Corvo Last Call truly unique by switching from TACTICAL BLACK to DESERT in just a minute, making your knife exclusive and tailored to your style.
A high-quality collector’s item, designed for true connoisseurs.
The blade features a false edge along the curved side, with a milling that reduces weight without compromising solidity. The knife has a lower guard and a recess for secure index finger support, ideal for precision work.
With a slightly forward balance, the Corvo Last Call offers optimal control. The protruding tang acts as a windbreaker, with a hole that allows the passage of a paracord.
The blade has a length of 176 mm and a thickness of 6.3 mm. It is made of Böhler N690 (58 HRC) steel. Characterized by a Geotech Camo finish, the innovative and original mimetic pattern from Extrema Ratio gives the knife a touch of exclusivity and originality.
Corvo Last Call comes in a packaging that includes an airtight technical case with an innovative design, lightweight and resistant to impact, water, and dust, making it perfect for outdoor use. Inside the box you will find a designated spot for the knife and a metal plate bearing the progressive number within the limited series.
By purchasing the Corvo Last Call, you will receive a package containing the case, the knife, the sheath, and the additional handle complete with screws and Allen key.
The Corvo Last Call can be purchased only on our website extremaratio.com.
In summary, the Corvo Last Call is a symbol of tradition, history, and functionality, ready to become a valuable collector’s knife or a reliable companion for every adventure.
