Cleavers
A cleaver is a large knife that resembles an ax in shape. It is widely used as a kitchen or butcher's knife and is mostly intended for splitting large pieces of soft bones and thick cuts of meat. The wide side of the knife can also be used for chopping when preparing food (such as garlic) and can also be used to pick up chopped items.
