When it comes to processing the day's catch, we believe in the theory of: Fish more, sharpen less. Fashioned with a larger 9” trailing point CPM-MagnaCut steel blade with SelectEdge tech, the Fishcrafter excels at cutting medium to large fish where that extra length makes a smooth cut for a clean fillet. Featuring a long, straighter edge for stability in the cut and upswept tip for aiding in deboning, the 9" Fishcrafter with its durable Santoprene handle has a finger guard with jimping to prevent slipping during push-cuts.
The Fishcrafter features a razor-sharp SelectEdge trailing point blade made of CPM-MagnaCut steel that's thinner profiled with a medium flex that balances both corrosion resistance and durability. Whether it's filleting, deboning, or cleaning, the Fishcrafter performs with precision and ease. The Sonar Gray molded sheath has two slits on either side for an alternative mounting option, and a small hole at the tip for draining excess water and protecting the blade between use.
